How do I play?

Hold anywhere to boost and slide to steer, in landscape. Boosting builds heat. Let go while the heat is inside the marked window for a perfect vent. The engines glow ice cyan and chime when it's time. Fly through the centre of a gate for a perfect gate. Chaining them builds Flow, up to x4. The first race teaches all of this with short tips. Settings → RACE → REPLAY TUTORIAL shows them again.

How do I open the next level?

Finish a race in the top three. With opponents turned off, beat the lap the third-place pilot would have set. The Daily and VS FRIEND ignore the locks.

What is the Daily?

One track a day, the same for everyone. It's a solo time trial that rotates through all six levels, locked ones too, and its leaderboard resets at 00:00 UTC.

How do I race a friend?

Both players need to be signed in to Game Center. Choose VS FRIEND, pick a level, and invite a friend through Game Center or Messages. Races are one against one, with or without AI pilots.

Game Center isn't working

Check that you are signed in under the device's Settings → Game Center. Laps you finish offline are sent once you're back online.

How do I race to my own music?

Settings → MUSIC → APPLE MUSIC, then allow access to your library. Playing from Apple Music needs an Apple Music subscription. The original soundtrack is always there, and OFF leaves just the sound effects.

Does my progress sync?

Yes, through your own iCloud account, when you're signed in to iCloud on each device. To keep a device's saves local, use Settings → ABOUT → ICLOUD SYNC. Turning it back on merges your progress without losing anything.

Is the sky really real?

Yes. Positions and lighting come from real ephemerides for the current moment. Only the sizes are exaggerated. To freeze the Earth, use Settings → DISPLAY to turn off the real-time Earth.

What does it need?

iOS 17 or later, on iPhone, iPad or iPhone Duo. The game follows your device's language, or choose one of 13 in Settings → DISPLAY → LANGUAGE. See Privacy for what the game does and doesn't do with your data.
