Privacy policy

Hyperbolic is a racing game for iPhone and iPad. This policy is short because the game collects nothing about you.

What Hyperbolic collects

Nothing. Hyperbolic has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting, no accounts and no servers of its own, and it contains no third-party SDKs. The game makes no network requests of its own. The developer receives no data from the app.

What stays on your device

Your progress (unlocked levels, best laps and their ghosts, counters), tutorial state and settings are saved on your device so the game remembers them. Deleting the app deletes them.

Apple services you can choose to use

Hyperbolic uses three Apple services. Each is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer cannot see your data in any of them.

When the game asks you to rate it, the request goes through Apple's standard App Store review prompt.

Children

Hyperbolic collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the app does, and the date above will change.
